GOOD FIT

Who this is for

We are a small Shopify development agency. That is a feature. You talk to the person building your store, and the price reflects a lean team, not a large office.

  • Brands launching on Shopify

You have products, a brand and a deadline. You need a store set up correctly the first time: theme, collections, payments, shipping, taxes, e-mail flows and a launch checklist that does not miss anything.

  • Stores stuck with a slow or rigid theme

Your store works, but every change is a fight and the pages crawl on mobile. You want it fixed without paying for a rebuild, and you want your team to be able to edit sections themselves afterwards.

  • Service businesses that sell online

Clinics, studios and consultants who sell bookings, memberships, gift cards and retail products from one storefront. This is exactly what we built for Refresh by Mairi, below.

  • Agencies that need white-label Shopify capacity

You sell the project, we build it under your brand, in your Slack and your project board.

    See our white-label team page

If you need a Shopify Plus enterprise build with a team of twenty, we are not that agency. If you need a senior builder who answers e-mail the same day, we are.

WHAT WE DO

Shopify development services

Everything below is scoped in writing and quoted as a fixed price. Pick one, or combine them into a single build.

  • New Shopify store build and setup

A complete store, built the way Shopify intends, on a premium theme or a custom one. We handle the structure, the design and the unglamorous settings that break launches.

    • Theme selection and setup, or a custom theme where it is justified
    • Homepage, collection, product, about and contact pages
    • Navigation, collections, filters and search
    • Payments, shipping zones, taxes and legal pages
    • Product upload from your spreadsheets or supplier feeds
    • Analytics, pixels and abandoned checkout e-mail
    • Launch checklist, DNS and a post-launch check
    Get a quote
  • Theme customization and custom sections

Keep your theme, change what matters. We build custom sections and blocks with Liquid and JSON templates so your team can edit them in the theme editor without calling a developer.

    • Custom homepage, collection and product page sections
    • Metafields for specs, tabs, size guides and ingredients
    • Bundles, upsells and sticky add-to-cart
    • Mega menus, announcement bars and promo blocks
    • Theme updates applied without losing your customizations
    • Mobile and accessibility checks on every section
    Get a quote
  • Migration to Shopify

Move from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce or Magento with your products, customers, order history and search rankings intact.

    • Export, cleanup and import of products, variants, customers and orders
    • URL mapping and 301 redirects for every indexed page
    • Meta titles and descriptions carried across
    • Design rebuilt or refreshed on Shopify
    • Staging store built in parallel, then a planned switch-over
    • Post-launch crawl, sitemap submission and Search Console check
    Get a quote
  • Speed and conversion fixes

Slow themes and app bloat cost sales on mobile. We measure first, then fix the things that actually move Core Web Vitals and checkout rate.

    • Core Web Vitals audit (LCP, INP, CLS) on your real product and collection pages
    • Removing or deferring unused apps and third-party scripts
    • Image, font and video delivery fixes
    • Theme code cleanup
    • Product page and cart improvements: trust blocks, review placement, clearer variants
    • Before and after report so you can see what changed
    Get a quote
  • Apps, integrations and automation

Connect Shopify to the rest of your business. We use n8n, Shopify webhooks and the Admin API to remove the manual work between an order and everything downstream.

    • CRM sync to GoHighLevel, HubSpot or your tool of choice
    • Order routing to suppliers, 3PLs and Google Sheets
    • Klaviyo or GoHighLevel e-mail and SMS flows
    • Subscription, membership and booking apps configured properly
    • Multi-language storefronts (Shopify Translate and Adapt or Weglot) and Shopify Markets
    • Small private apps where no App Store app fits
    Get a quote
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

A developer on call without a retainer you never use. Monthly plans cover updates, small changes and fast answers.

    • Theme and app updates, tested on a duplicate theme before they go live
    • A monthly bank of change requests
    • Uptime, speed and checkout monitoring
    • Theme version backup before every change
    • Priority response by e-mail or Slack
    • Short monthly report

LIVE STORE

Built on Shopify: Refresh by Mairi

Refresh by Mairi is a medical aesthetics clinic. It sells treatments, retail skincare and a monthly membership from one Shopify storefront, in English and Spanish.

What the clinic needed

One site that works as a services brochure, a skincare shop and a membership sales page, where patients can buy gift cards and book appointments without the front desk re-keying anything, and where Spanish-speaking patients get the same experience.

What we built

  • Service pages for injectables, aesthetic devices, laser hair removal, facials, medical weight loss and exosome hair treatment, each with a booking call to action
  • A skincare shop with collections for SkinBetter, EltaMD, Alastin and EXO product lines
  • The RBM Fresh Club membership page with benefits and monthly pricing
  • Gift card and online booking hand-off to the clinic's patient management system, so staff keep a single calendar
  • An English and Spanish storefront with hreflang handled by Weglot
  • A premium theme customized to the clinic's brand, running on Shopify Payments

OUR PROCESS

How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Scope call

Twenty minutes. You tell us what the store needs to do, we ask the questions that change the price, and you get a written scope and a fixed quote within one business day.

  2. 02

    Build on staging

We work on a development store or a duplicate theme, never on your live store. You review progress through a preview link and a short update every week.

  3. 03

    Launch

Checkout tested end to end, payments, shipping and taxes verified, redirects in place, analytics firing, DNS switched at a time you choose.

  4. 04

    Support

Every build includes a post-launch window for fixes at no charge. After that, move to a monthly plan or call us only when you need something.

FIXED QUOTES

Pricing

Every project gets a fixed quote within one business day.

What moves the price

  • Number of products and variants
  • Custom design versus a premium theme
  • Number of integrations and the systems on the other end
  • Languages and markets
  • How ready your content, photos and product data are

Every quote includes: a written scope, a timeline, a staging preview, a launch checklist and the post-launch support window. Builds are billed in milestones.

Custom apps, Shopify Plus work and migrations above a few thousand SKUs are scoped individually.

WHY CREATIC PRO

Why hire Creatic Pro for Shopify

  • One senior point of contact from brief to launch.
  • Built on Shopify's own tooling: Online Store 2.0 sections, metafields, Liquid and JSON templates. Your theme stays updatable after we leave.
  • We also do the automation. n8n, GoHighLevel, webhooks and the Admin API, so the store connects to your business, not just to a payment gateway.
  • Collaborator access only. The store, the theme code and every app subscription are in your name from day one, and you can revoke our access any time.
  • Fixed quotes and written scope. No hourly surprises.
  • Live stores you can click, not mockups.

FAQ

Shopify development FAQs

How long does a Shopify store build take?

It depends on the scope, so every quote comes with a dated plan. A standard build on a premium theme with your content ready usually takes a few weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger catalogs, custom sections, migrations and multi-language setups add time, and we tell you how much before you commit.

Should I customize an existing Shopify theme or build a custom one?

For most stores a well-chosen premium theme with custom sections is the better investment. You keep Shopify's theme updates, a proven checkout flow and a lower build cost. We recommend a fully custom theme only when your design or catalog genuinely cannot be expressed with sections and metafields, and we will say so plainly if that is the case.

Can you migrate my store to Shopify without losing SEO?

Yes. We map every old URL to its new Shopify URL and set up 301 redirects, carry over product titles, descriptions and meta data, preserve customer and order history where the source platform allows it, and submit the new sitemap after launch. We migrate from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce and Magento.

Can you connect Shopify to my CRM or automate order handling?

Yes. We build integrations with n8n, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, accounting tools and custom APIs using Shopify webhooks and the Admin API. Typical examples include syncing new customers to your CRM, routing orders to a fulfilment provider and triggering follow-up e-mail or SMS sequences.

How does pricing and payment work?

After a short scope call you receive a fixed quote and a timeline in writing, within one business day. Builds are billed in milestones, and fixes inside the post-launch support window are included. Ongoing maintenance is a monthly plan you can cancel at any time.

Who owns the store after launch, and what support do you provide?

You do. The Shopify account, the theme code and every app subscription are in your name from day one. We work through collaborator access and remove ourselves when you ask. Every build includes a post-launch support window for fixes, and after that you can move to a monthly maintenance plan or contact us only when you need something.
