Upon full payment:

  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
  • Any third-party components or libraries remain under their respective licenses

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and required materials
  • Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
  • Communicate project requirements clearly
  • Respond to inquiries within reasonable timeframes

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be established based on project scope and complexity. Delays caused by client feedback cycles or unavailability of required materials may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creatic Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide:

  • Bug fixes for issues found within 30 days of project delivery
  • Technical support during the project development phase
  • Extended support packages available upon request

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment will be based on work completed up to that point, subject to the satisfaction guarantee.
